Op 5 september is de presentatie ontvangen en geplaatst.


Op 5 september een schriftelijke inspraakreactie ontvangen en geplaatst bij de ingekomen stukken.

    Het aangepaste ontwerpbestemmingsplan ‘Arkelsedijk’, het bijbehorende beeldkwaliteitsplan en het m.e.r.-beoordelingsbesluit voorzien in het transformeren van het bedrijventerrein aan de Arkelsedijk naar een woongebied. Op woensdag 19 december 2023 zijn het ontwerpbestemmingsplan, het m.e.r.-beoordelingsbesluit en het ontwerp beeldkwaliteitsplan door de gemeenteraad in procedure gebracht.
    Dit heeft geleid tot zienswijzen (bestemmingsplan), deels tevens zijnde inspraakreacties (beeldkwaliteitsplan).
    Alle ingediende zienswijzen en inspraakreacties zijn opgenomen in de Nota van Zienswijzen Bestemmingsplan en beeldkwaliteitsplein ‘Arkelsedijk’.


    In deze I&O geven wij de indieners van de zienswijzen en inspraakreacties de mogelijkheid om in te spreken. Daarnaast willen wij de gemeenteraad informeren over de behandeling van de zienswijzen en inspraakreacties. Daarnaast nemen wij de gemeenteraad mee in de stappen die wij gaan nemen rondom het vaststellen van het bestemmingsplan en het beeldkwaliteitsplan.
